Throughout the initial settling-in period, Possums Corner maintains open lines of communication with parents. Daily updates about each child's day are provided through various channels such as telephone calls, individual routine sheets, emails, or in-person discussions. This consistent communication helps reassure parents and allows them to stay informed about their child's experiences and progress as they adjust to the new environment.

The Joey room, specifically designed for infants and toddlers, offers an outdoor play area that emphasises natural elements. This thoughtful design encourages exploration, sensory stimulation, and outdoor play, all of which are essential for the development and well-being of young children.
